Did anyone make models of the three iconic robots from the cult Sci-Fi film Silent Running?
If not I think thay would make great models or scratcbuilds.

Tried doing them in Lego when younger. Still find it a very emotional film.

Just had a look at the website; http://www.destinymodels.co.uk/44___eagle_transporter 44" Eagle? - wow!

If you like Silent Running, it has just been released on Blu Ray disc. The director was interviewed by Simon Mayo and Mark Kermode the other week on their movie show on Radio 5. If you're a fan it's worth a listen to.

Don't reckon I'll be buying one!

Still one of my favourite films though.  :D

I know it is a little late and off topic, but I found these in papercraft.
You could trace them to Evergreen plastic and do some scratchbuilding and end up with some nice models without much fuss.
