hi to all
the festive season is fast approaching and this just happens to be the only time i can afford to stock up on kits and being a bit of a sci-fi geek i wanted to attempt a star trek kit but i am not sure of where to start. a lot of people put lighting in their sci-fi kits, whilst that is a bit beyond me at the moment i could attempt it in time.

im just wondering which kits would make a good start, im only an intermediate but ive done a few different things now, this would be my first sci-fi kit. any help would be great

regards
craig

Try the Polar Lights stuff. Really good, easy to build kits

The 1/1000th Polar Lights kits are snap together & need a bit of work to get the seams right. I am working on the Klingon Cruiser at the moment & even with glue there are a few gaps. Nothing that a bit of filler won't cure though. Someone on the forum recently built the Revell 1/600th Klingon Cruiser & it looked really good.
