Thanks Green_Liam. I've sent you a PM with the details on what you have to do.

Lusty ... A50059 or A14201. Would anyone / enough of you ..., be of strong enough constitution to commit to something and also see the build through ..?

I would want -as i am sure many others would also be thinking in terms of .... a  6-month or at least significantly more than the stat 2 month. For this ...

If enough deigned it a GB they would support and build ... and I agree to it - I would prefer to be  in position as I have been   (when leading  large builds on other forum) 2-3 months ideally ahead of the majority or a magazine insert .. ). This gives me chance to have worked out the issues likely to arise ... and be able to offer from a practical midwoling ssensible workaround and alternative options....

Chris, if you're suggesting an Illustrious GB you should do that here
and why would you need six months, I built mine in one month without instructions

I will  lay a trail there as well.

I personally could understand .. from one persons expective ... Not be expected to do lusty in under 6-8 months.   None of us start From the same start point .   Some may opt to use etch. ... Some not

A six month GB for people that want to do the subject matter justice with bells and whistles doesn't seem particularly unreasonable. Not everybody builds at the same rate as yourself, Ratch.

Well we tried the extended format on the Classic Ships GB of 2010, three ships were completed, two of them the very small ones. GB's that last more than two months lack focus and the finishing point seems so far away until the participant realises that they've actually done nothing and won't get it done in time anyway
Surely a bells & whistles build would be better as a Demo
