Here is a picture of my Coles Crane. The model represents an ex MoD version in use by a civilian contractor, as was the fate of many military vehicles after WW2:

I dont know Hewman cos i won it on E-bay and paid a bit to ensure i did :!:

PS
I  believe that the plan for it is in the Airfix modelling guide: Modelling RAF Vehicles, which unfortunately i dont have   but have been told there are quite a few conversions in there  ...

My version - I will have to sift through my kits for some donor parts to place in the QM trailer

I second that - the subtle detail painting is great!

That looks very nice Corricon and excellent weathering. I really like the way you have done the tarpaulin on the load, very effective. Have you glazed the windscreen? In your 3rd shot it looks glazed. If so how did you do it?

Bob, yep all the windows are glazed.  Used part of a carton that some strawberries came in.  Its quite flexible allowing me to 'bend' it for the curved windscreen.   All done from the inside and held with 'super glue'.
