While I'm filling and sanding the body shell to make the Aston Martin DB5 look like the DB4GT, I need your help in finding out the interior colour of this particular car.

41 DPX was featured in the classic Peter Sellers B/W Caper The Wrong Arm of the Law. Now I know what colour the exterior is, but those photographs don't give any indication what the interior would be.

I suspect it to be a grey, but I want to be as accurate as possible.

If anyone can help, I'd be most grateful.

As you say it was in the movie "The Wrong Arm of the Law" 1963, which doesn't really help as it's B&W anyway :)...

If you look at the bottom of that page, it says it was auctioned recently, if you can track down the auctioneer, you should be able to find an interior photo. It's hard to say from the pics above but from the second and third, I would say black. There is an AM fan site where someone keeps the original factory records which have all the colour details, I can't remember exactly which one but shouldn't be too hard to find. Try searching its serial number (DB4GT/0157/R) for the factory records.

Soon as I finish the Wrong Arm of The Law DB4GT (still awaiting colour details from factory records), I was wondering if any of you can help me in sourcing parts (front headlights and custom grille) and decals for a 1/24th scale Mini Cooper that I would like to convert into the Harold Radford version, as I'm not confident in hand-painting the wickerwork effect on the sides.

If any of you can help, I'd be most grateful.
