Don't rush me! I will be building mine (one day) but not OOB - it will be a conversion to a Centurion Mk I.

I am using an article from Airfix Magazine Annual 7 for the conversion and it does not have any good photos in it. The photos in that reference you gave are perfect! Thanks!

This ex-Australian Army Centurion Mk 5 is on guard in front of the Moama RSL (Returned Services League) in Southern New South Wales. The rack behind the commander's cupola held .30cal ammunition boxes and an AN/PRC 25 set radio for communication with infantry. This indicates that this Cent served in Vietnam. Unfortunately, no markings are visible and I can't confirm its service history.

The Centurion is accompanied by a Leopard AS1 and it's interesting to compare the two MBTs.

This ex-Australian Army Centurion Mk 5 is on display at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. The Cent served in Vietnam from Nov 1970 until Sep 1971. It was hit by a rocket propelled grenade in Jun 1971 but was repaired locally.
It is maintained in superb condition, as can be seen from the photographs.
