I would appreciate some help as to where are the folds at the base of the jacket tail so that I paint the outer coat blue and the inside folds white. Any photos of your Airfix 1/72nd scale French Line infantry would be appreciated.
I was given these figures when I was a child nearly 40 years ago. I was going to give them away but then I played Blucher, and now I am painting my French Line infantry. I never thought i would be painting Napoleonic figures as it was never a period that I was interested in, so I have surprised myself with my interest.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Poor molding, so why do these French have a bicycle U lock

Miscalculation, I need 18 miniatures for a base not 12. Still looking good

The "U-Lock"? It´s probably a mix between the coat tails and the scabbard holder.
Great painting btw :thumb:
